Care Philosophy: Matthew Jenkins, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic shoulder and elbow surgeon who specializes in treating patients with shoulder and elbow problems including rotator cuff tears, arthritis, dislocations, fractures, sports injuries and other chronic conditions. Dr. Jenkins also offers shoulder replacement as well as minimally invasive and arthroscopic surgical techniques. Dr. Jenkins takes the time to educate his patients so they can understand and make informed decisions about their care.

Care Philosophy: Eric Alyea, DO, MPH, is an orthopedic surgeon with special interest in complex shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Alyea strives to provide the highest quality care using the latest techniques in an evidence based manner, and to serve patients through a collaborative, shared decision model developed through open and honest communication with the informed patient. Dr. Alyea is a candidate member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, Western Orthopaedic Association, Wilderness Medical Society, American Medical Association and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. Dr. Alyea was an assistant team physician for the Dallas Mavericks during the 2018-19 season. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, archery, snowboarding and other outdoor activities.

Biography: Stephen Ou, DO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with proficiency in minimally invasive sports medicine; total shoulder, hip and knee replacements; and community fracture care. Dr. Ou works in partnership with his patients to address each individual’s specific concerns and deliver the best care possible. Dr. Ou is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and Western Orthopaedic Association.

Care Philosophy: Neil Shah, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty in hand surgery.

Biography: I enjoy the challenges of restoring people to health through my practice. The work I did in biochemistry opened up new approaches for treating complex problems and made me a more detailed clinician.

Dr. Gorbaty provides personalized, compassionate and high-quality treatment to meet the needs of each patient. This includes combining time-tested treatments with modern techniques and technologies to deliver the best possible outcomes. Patients can trust that he will collaborate with them to create a treatment plan tailored to their goals, always prioritizing education and shared decision-making. His goal is to restore mobility and function, empowering his patients to return to the activities they love. Dr. Gorbaty is a member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Society, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Medical Association. He provides team coverage for a number of school sports programs. Away from work, Dr. Gorbaty enjoys surfing, snowboarding, pickup basketball, Pacific Northwest sports teams, podcasts, cooking with his wife, restaurants, traveling and reading.
