Everyone was helpful and friendly. Appointment was on time and concise and Dr Reed was easy to talk to and able to help me in a minimal amt of time. I felt like he listened to me and was concerned with my needs.

Top quality care, excellent communicator
I had a toe fusion and bone graft for hallux rigidus which was complicated. I selected Dr. Reed after consulting with 3 other orthopedic surgeons. His expertise, the time he took to explain the process, his ability to make it a doctor-patient partnership - all stellar.

Make my ankle great again!
From the front desk to Dr. Reed and everyone in between, positive pleasant people. Stress free visits to a doctor's office have been rare. I can't speak highly enough about this group. I'm thankful I was able to be Dr. Reed's patient. Thank you for the excellent care!

Good doctor, lousy everything else
I'm immunocompromised, so I made clear when I scheduled that I needed all my providers to be in N95 masks. The MA not only wasn't, but couldn't locate one in the whole clinic. The doc and x-ray tech were properly masked. Doc ordered an MRI to get a closer look at a concerning area of bone as well as soft tissue, and took the time to clearly explain my x-rays and show me his potential concerns. I again requested masked providers for the MRI appt. The clinic cancelled my pre-authorized MRI because they no longer stock N95 masks. (This clinic does complex outpatient surgery!) Then completing the patient abandonment, the doc didn't call me as scheduled, which was supposed to be to go over my MRI, but could have been a opportunity to discuss my care needs and options going forward. Utterly disappointing experience at a clinic I've been using since 2012.

Bad ankle sprain
I rolled my ankle and got an an appointment with Dr. Mark Reed. They x-rayed my ankle nothing was broken and examined my ankle. Dr Reed told me it would take a couple weeks for the ligaments to start healing. Gave me a support boot, and was able to walk and put weight on the foot. The swelling finally started to go down after about 10 days after the appointment and the pain was gradually getting less. Dr. Reed was right on with how my ankle was going to heal. Still sore and some swelling after injuring the ankle 3 weeks ago, but I can see and feel the healing as Dr Reed said it should

Amazing Surgeon
Dr. Reed performed the surgery on my full achilles tendon rupture and I cannot say enough good things about him and the procedure. I had my surgery done in January and by the spring I was doing normal activities. Dr. Reed exudes both competence and care - he is whip smart with great bedside manner. I would absolutely trust him to perform your surgery; he is a fantastic and highly regarded surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Reed!

Amazing surgeon and excellent patient rapport
He is probably one of the best doctors I have seen. He listens to the patient, answers any questions the patient might have, follows through with everything, is always on top of his game and truly an expert in his field. My surgery need was to fuse the TN joint after a prior surgery resulted in non union. I am 8 weeks post op and healing is evident in the X-rays.

You're in excellent hands!
I went to Dr. Reed for an ankle replacement vs ankle fusion consult. I'd seen 3 surgeons prior to seeing him, all of whom offered opposing opinions. Unlike knee & hip replacements one doesn't hear often of ankle replacements, so I've been cautious about going forward with this type of surgery & I tried to do my due diligence finding info. Dr. Reed was sympathetic, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, & not rushed. I left the consult confident I'd found the right surgeon to turn my chronically pained ankle over to for either procedure. I was able to speak to two previous patients who had ankle replacements. These convos were game changers for my decision. Both people expressed only positive results. I got off the phone feeling nervously hopeful, giddy even, by the possibility that I, too, could get back to being active & pain-free. I called the office immediately to begin the process to replace my ankle. I'm happy I did so. Highly recommend Dr. Reed. You're in excellent hands.
