Biography: Zachary Simmons, MD earned his Medical Degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Simmons has an intermediate fluency in Spanish. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 2013.

Biography: Dr. Tyler Holley, MD is a General Surgery Specialist who practices in Bardstown, KY. He is 37 years old. Dr. Tyler Holley, MD is affiliated with Saint Joseph East.

Care Philosophy: I was drawn to surgery the first time I stepped into an operating room as a medical student. The most rewarding part of my job is my ability to so profoundly change a patients life through surgery. Every patient is different, even if their operation is the same, and it is this philosophy that allows me to connect with my patients on a more personal level.

Biography: Patrick A. Larreategui, DO, FACOS is a board certified, general surgeon who received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, East Lansing, MI. He completed his general surgery residency at Botsford General Hospital, Farmington Hills, MI. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 2003. Dr. Larreategui has been a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons since 2006. He is active on several committees at Upper Valley Medical Center and has served in several positions; 2nd Vice President of Medical Staff (2016), Chair of Credentialing Committee (2015), Surgery Department Chair 2013-2015.

Care Philosophy: I believe in delivering the most up to date and appropriate techniques for solving the challenges in each individual's health. My goal is to help people return people back to their normal, healthy, happy life.
