Care Philosophy: Dr Josv© Pevagarv?cano is a Senior member in the Department of Radiation Oncology. Dr Pevagarv?cano received his B.S. in mathematics from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and his MD from Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamv=n, Puerto Rico. He completed a radiation oncology residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. Prior to joining Moffitt Cancer Center he was a tenured Professor of radiation oncology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. His clinical interests include head and neck cancer, brain and spine tumors, stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic radiation therapy.

Care Philosophy: Dr Kamran Ahmed is an Associate Member with Tenure in the Department of Radiation Oncology and Department of Immunology at Moffitt Cancer Center and an Associate Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida. He is the Section Chief for the Breast Radiotherapy Service at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is also the Program Director for the Advanced Radiation Oncology Research Fellowship. Dr Ahmed received his medical degree from the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine in Rochester, MN and completed an internship at Baylor College of Medicine before completing his radiation oncology residency at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Ahmed treats patients with breast and gynecologic cancers.

Care Philosophy: Dr Laber is a hematologist/oncologist and senior member with Moffitt Medical Group in the Satellite and Community Oncology Department practicing at Tampa General Hospital and Moffitt international Plaza. The MMG faculty at TGH provides invaluable oncology services to the large patient population of this leading regional hospital. Dr Laber earned his MD at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic Health System, and was designated Chief Resident during his term at Hillcrest and Southpointe Hospitals.

Care Philosophy: ``Out in the community, it's rare that you would have a medical, radiation, and surgical oncologist who see just genitourinary cancers as we do.`` Dr. Mayer Fishman is a genitourinary oncologist and a member of the immunotherapy and experimental therapeutics programs at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is also an associate professor on oncology and internal medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine.

Care Philosophy: Dr Guilherme Rabinowits is a Senior Member in the Department of Head and Neck-Endocrine Oncology. Dr Rabinowits received his MD degree from Fundacao Tecnico-Educacional Souza Marques, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Lahey Clinic and Medical Center, Burlington, Massachusetts, followed by a Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, where he also served as Chief Fellow. He then joined Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts, as a Head and Neck Medical Oncologist until his move to Miami. Dr Rabinowits joins us from the Miami Cancer Institute, Department of Hematology/Medical Oncology.

Care Philosophy: Dr Khakpour is a surgical oncologistinthe Department of Breast Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. She also serves as an instructor and mentor for medical students and resident physicians. As treatment for breast cancer becomes more complex and differentiated by tumor type, Dr Khakpour believes it is essential for physicians to be well trained in all aspects of this multifaceted disease. Dr Khakpour enjoys helping women understand the many treatment options that are available to them and making sure they are aware of the value of obtaining a second opinion.

Care Philosophy: Dr Jaglal completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida and Moffitt Cancer Center. His research interests are in benign hematologic disorders: hemophilia, von Willebrand's disease, anemias, hemostasis and thrombosis disorders. Clinically, Dr Jaglal is a hematologist/oncologist and member of Moffitt Medical Group in the Satellite and Community Oncology Department practicing at Tampa General Hospital and Moffitt international Plaza. Care Philosophy: Dr Allan Lima Pereira is an Associate Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Lima Pereira earned his MD degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. He completed his Clinical Oncology Fellowship at Hospital Sv?rio-Libanv™s, Brazil. Dr Lima Pereira earned his PhD degree in Medical Sciences (Oncology Program) from the University of Svo Paulo, Brazil. Dr Pereira has worked at academic institutions since completing his oncology fellowship. From 2013 to 2017, he worked at the Svo Paulo Cancer Institute (ICESP). He then completed a fellowship in the Gastrointestinal Medical Oncology Department at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas.
