Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. Dr. Kohut offers urology care services including: treatment of kidney stones; bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer care; lower urinary tract symptoms; urinary tract infections; incontinence; and vasectomies. Dr. Kohut received the Commendation Medal for Service from the US Air Force in 2018. Additionally, he was recognized in 2016 and 2017 with the Best Hospital Award in Air Force.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. Dr. Gendler is currently a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. She holds medical licenses in Ohio and California.

Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Shelsea Johnson, MD is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She completed her pediatric residency at Wright State University School of Medicine, Children's Medical Center. Dr. Johnson is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Biography: Meredith Prenger, MD is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed internship and residency at Wright State University Integrated Pediatrics. She joined The Pediatric Group in July 2012.

Biography: Leelmohan Ravikumar, MD graduated from Ross University School of Medicine, North Brunswick, New Jersey in 2009.
