Biography: Radha Reddy, MD graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and completed her residency at Magee Women's Hospital, University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Reddy is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has special interests in the treatment of cervical dysplasia, adolescent gynecology, high-risk pregnancy care and menopausal care. Dr. Reddy is a Certified Menopause Practitioner by the North American Menopause Society. This certification means that Dr. Reddy has an intricate understanding of menopause medicine which allows her to care for women more comprehensively as they transition in the stages of menopause.

Care Philosophy: Patient-driven health care. Focus on providing patients with all their options in treatment and helping them find one that fits best with their lifestyle.

Biography: Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. She is looking forward to taking care of women in the area and is passionate about providing health care to all generations. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.

Biography: David Mesker, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Mesker is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Taylor received other numerous honors and awards during her medical school and undergraduate education. She joined the Premier Physician Network, The Pediatric Group in 2003.

Care Philosophy: I take pride in providing my patients with individualized, patient-centered care. I believe every woman has unique needs and goals, and our care team works to provide a full range of OBGYN healthcare to serve those varied needs. Pregnancy and birth are very special events in the lives of women. I believe that this experience is unique for each woman. I see my role as supportive of the woman and her family, understanding that ultimately the experience of pregnancy and birth belongs to them. Our team serves families as guides during this natural process. We feel privileged to participate in this journey. I am also happy to assist patients with menstrual issues, fertility, family planning, hormonal concerns, pelvic pain, infections, as well as general health maintenance screenings. I focus on patient education whenever possible. My goal is to provide patients with complete and clear information, which in turn will allow active participation in the decisions and plans of treatment.

Biography: Pam Werner, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Werner is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been with Premier Health Primary Care - Brown Street, previously known as Miami Valley Primary Care, since February 2003.

Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. She is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Dr. Metry has been associated with Premier Physician Network since 1996.

Biography: Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Crouch joined Women's Health Specialist and Midwives of Dayton in 2010.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. She was also a finalist for Outstanding First Year Medical Student.

Biography: Keshia N. Torres-Shafer, MD graduated from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She also received a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Wright State University. During her residency she was awarded the Wright State University Departmentof ObGyn Excellence in Research Award, the Five Rivers Women's Health Center Clinic Resident award, and was selected for the Miami Valley Hospital Resident Wall of Excellence. Dr. Torres-Shafer specializes in obgyn and has a special interest in high risk obstetrics. She is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Torres-Shafer is certified in OB/GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and isa member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Biography: Angela Kohnen, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of Cincinnati/Franciscan Hospital in Cincinnati. Dr. Kohnen is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Kohnen has been with Beavercreek Family Physicians since 1997.
