Care Philosophy: Dr. Resig has completed an Ironman triathalon and multiple marathons and understands the importance of returning to high level activity after an injury. He strives for conservative management and tries to find nonsurgical measures when appropriate. When not working, Dr. Resig tries to spend time with wife and 3 girls exploring new places, preferably in an RV.

Care Philosophy: Provide individualized care based on evidence-based medicine which allows me to optimize my patients and achieve excellent outcomes. I am passionate about educating others regarding their underlying joint issues and counseling them on both non-operative and operative treatment solutions. I aim to treat every patient like my own family, providing excellent individualized care that focuses on pain relief and return of function.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Hsin is passionate about a balanced approach to youth sports and co-founded a sports training facility, Impact Sports Performance, which specializes in injury prevention.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Trainor finds professional fulfillment in improving the quality of life of his patients with appropriate and thorough medical evaluation and intervention, and enjoys getting to know those he cares for. He understands the value of using a comprehensive multimodal approach in treating pain, by treating the patient as a whole–not just their pain complaints. For him, the needs of the patient truly come first.
