What an amazing experience we had today, every single staff member was super loving and accommodating. It was stressful for my son, but that was the most positive experience a child could have.

Dr. Master took his time to answer all my questions about my hands, (which I should have written down because I remembered a few more after I left). He was straight forward and did not push any treatment or procedure. He was kind a friendly.

Dr. Master was professional, direct and thorough. I have faith that his assessment was correct and future appointments that he schedule will no doubt identify the issue with my hand.

Superb communication skills allowed my questions to be heard and addressed with clarity. The surgical team reflected an environment that puts patient’s well-being foremost, with such empathy that communicated competency and efficiency so I woke up with smile on my face.

Dr. Masters told me that I do have issues with the elbow and shoulder. So he has recommended MRI for both before we will proceed with any treatment.

I called in the morning and got an appointment right away. After. Checking in, it took less than 15 minutes to go to the office, get an X-ray, and see the doctor. He was clear and direct and we both discussed options and decided whatTo do next. He made sure my MRI was scheduled on time since I was going out of town. Highly satisfied and would recommend!
