I am also an active member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. \n In my free time, I love spending time with my three teenage children and our German shepherd, Arya. Biography: Dr. Ahmad is a board certified physiatrist with specialty training in pain management. Dr. Ahmad completed his residency training in Physical Medicine Rehabilitation at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He then completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal medicine and interventional pain management at the Center for Advanced Pain Management and Rehabilitation in New Jersey. Dr. Ahmad moved to Charlotte with his family because he loved the great weather and family-friendly atmosphere. He strives to treat his patients like members of his own family, and his comprehensive training in all aspects of pain management allows him to do that.
