Biography: Yaiyun Judy Cheng, known as "Dr. Judy " by many, was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the US at age 13. Dr. Cheng received her undergraduate degree (BS) in Biology from Trinity University. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine from UT Health Science Center and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Riverside Regional Medical Center. Dr. Cheng is passionate about women's health at every stage of their lives. She loves seeing patients in the office, delivering babies and performing surgeries. She completed her doctor of medicine at Texas A&M University System Health Science Center in 2006. In 2010, she completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Texas Health Science Center through the Memorial Hermann Hospital program. Dr. Poag earned her Medical Degree from Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans, LA. She completed her OB/GYN Residency Program at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. During her training, Dr. Poag was honored with the Outstanding Resident Award from the Baylor Department OB/GYN, Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society Stars and Bars Chapter at Tulane University Medical School, The Lemmon MD Award from Tulane University, and American Medical Women's Association Achievement Award.
