He completed his psychiatry residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and the New York State Psychiatric Institute. He completed his geropsychiatry fellowship at Cornell University Medical College and New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center Westchester Division. Dr. Apfeldorf is currently on faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine and he is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry.
