Biography: Dr. Mazdai received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at Indiana University Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of both the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Mazdai and her husband, Brad, have three children: Alex, Sophia and Ava.

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care is focused on having a real partnership with the patient and an understanding of where they're coming from. I really listen to them, their concerns, what questions they would like answered and then I work with my patients to come up with a treatment plan that we're both okay with.``
