Dr. Courtney Browne, MD

I was lost in the parking lot and could not find a spot to park or which door to enter. I called the office to ask for help. They cancelled me bc I was running too behind being lost. Then, they hung up on me. Dr Browne cancelled me even tho I was in the parking lot lost and drove from out of town to see her.

The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. I was referred to her. She was not helpful at all. Did not give any advice or try to help in any way. It was a waste of my time. She should have looked at my reasoning of coming in and told me in the first place that she could not help.

I have never had such an experience. The doctor had not bothered to read any information in their questionnaire, had to give the same information first on their questionnaire, then to the nurse and then to the doctor, there did not seem to be any connection between them all. The wait time was 26 min and the visit with the doctor lasted 5 min. This was a first visit.

I can honestly say that the biggest stressor of my entire pregnancy has been working with this doctors office. Because of that at 32 weeks I decided to switch doctors. I felt like this office was ordering tests to run up medical bills because I have fantastic insurance. To prove my point, after I left this office I received a bill for $992 that had been submitted to my insurance and denied. There was no reason for the $992 on my explanation of benefits.

Dr. Browne was my OB during my pregnancy, and she delivered my baby at IU North Hospital. I have nothing but good things to say about her, and I have recommended her to all my friends who are looking for OB/GYN. She is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and up-to-date on current research, and is absolutely phenomenal in the delivery room. If we have another baby, I will absolutely see her again.

Dr. Courtney Browne is AWESOME. She is very kind and will listen to all your concerns. BEST OB EVER!

Very rude and inconsiderate to the feelings of others. Prescribed me meds without being seen in the office that cost me $118. I was experiencing a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. Dr. Courtney Browne called me to have my blood levels drawn. When she called she acted as if it was an inconvenience to speak with me over the phone. Said she would call me when the results were in. Never called. They scheduled me an appt over 30 miles from home without telling me. Then it was a hassle to reschedule

Dr. Browne has been nothing but amazing. She has a tremendous bedside manor. She has a way of being very comfortable, yet professional. She has a great sense of humor and is very forthcoming with all information. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to deliver my first baby. I definitely recommend her.
