Care Philosophy: My philosophy centers on ensuring patients always feel supported and have immediate access to their physicians, especially when they need it most. A very important aspect is patient connection and making sure the patient never feels alone. One thing I always like to tell my patients is that once I operate on you, we are together for life. My team follows up with each patient one day after their procedure and then again after one week. If there are any concerns, the patient will have immediate access to me.

Care Philosophy: Irfan Ahmed, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist. He earned his medical degree at the University of Mysore. Dr Ahmed also has a Master of Science degree in Speech and Hearing from the Central Institute for the Deaf in St. Louis. He completed a residency in internal medicine at UPMC McKeesport, and another in radiation oncology at the University of South Florida.
