She continued her training with an Internal Medicine Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. After residency, she did a fellowship at Berkshire Medical Center for Neuromuscular Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and NMM/OMM.Prior to medical school, Dr. Ridgley received a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the United States Naval Academy. She completed six years of military service after graduating from the Naval Academy as a Surface Warfare Officer specializing in communication, navigation and surface tactics. During her shore duty, she decided to learn about manual medicine by completing a massage degree and became a licensed massage therapist during medical school.Dr. Ridgley's passion in medicine is utilizing nutrition and manual therapies to improve overall health and wellbeing. Prior to working at Lone Tree Internal Medicine, Dr. Ridgley worked as a hospitalist, admitting and managing patients in acute need for chronic illnesses. She utilized manual therapies in the hospital setting to facilitate the other medical therapies. Working in a clinic based practice, she enjoys partnering with patients to improve their health through a holistic approach and increasing patients' quality of life. Dr. Ridgley believes strongly in educating patients and utilizing a hands on approach to improve health. When not in the clinic, Dr. Ridgley enjoys spending time with her family. She can be found hiking and skiing most weekends and enjoys traveling, reading about self-improvement and nutrition and experimenting with practical side of food in the kitchen.

Kuklo, MD, JD, brings more than 25 years of medical expertise in his role as a principal spine surgeon and Co-Director at the Denver International Spine Center at Presbyterian / St. Luke's Medical Center. Dr. Kuklo graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point before graduating with honors from the U.S. Army Ranger School and serving in the 82nd Airborne Division. He eventually retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Medical Corps after more than 20 years of service.He received his medical doctorate at the University of Connecticut before completing a transitional internship at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. After his medical internship, Dr. Kuklo earned his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center while serving as a general practitioner at the Pentagon. Turning his attention back to medicine, he returned to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. for a residency in orthopedic surgery. He chose afterward to complete a fellowship in pediatric and adult spine surgery at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. After his fellowship, Dr. Kuklo served as residency director of Orthopedic Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and then faculty at Washington University in St. Louis before joining a Denver-based spine surgery practice where he served as a spine surgeon specializing in diverse spinal conditions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.Dr. Kuklo is a specialist in complex spine problems and is an expert in the use of minimally invasive surgery techniques to return his patients to a healthy life. He is an expert in degenerative spine disorders including complex scoliosis deformities and revision failed spine surgery. His range of spine surgery and research includes a focus on soldiers and athletes, degenerative spinal conditions, spine tumors and infections, and trauma. He also uses comprehensive and cutting edge technologies including artificial disc replacement and minimally invasive spine surgery to help treat his patients which are common practices at the Denver International Spine Center.Dr. Kuklo has lectured extensively on treatment options for various spinal conditions. He has also served in a wide range of academic positions and authored more than 150 manuscripts and chapters. This work has led to multiple teaching and research awards. His experience in a vast array of spinal conditions and commitment to comprehensive patient care augment his expertise as a surgeon and caregiver. In his free time, Dr. Kuklo is an avid sportsman and enjoys living an active lifestyle with his wife Gwen and their children.
