Biography: Deirdre L. Sawinski, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine (interim) at Weill Cornell Medical College and Assistant Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian. She received her BS in Art History from New York University and her Medical Degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons where she also completed her Internal Medicine residency at Columbia University Medical Center. She trained in Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology at Mount Sinai Hospital. Upon completion of her clinical training, Dr. Sawinski joined the faculty at University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and was promoted in 2019 to Associate Professor of Medicine. Biography: Dr. Natalie Uy is the Chief of Pediatric Nephrology at Weill Cornell Medicine. She is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian Komansky Children's Hospital at Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Uy is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Nephrology. Dr. Uy completed her undergraduate degree at Columbia University in New York, NY, and received her medical degree (M.D.) from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
