Biography: Dr. Anay Patel is a member of the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

Biography: Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, he and his family relocated to Louisiana in his early teenage years. In 1997, Dr. Subramanian received his B.S. from Louisiana State University. He continued his education at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA, where he received his medical degree in 2001.Dr. Subramanian then began his Orthopaedic Surgery training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, which he completed in 2006. He then traveled to pursue a fellowship in Spine Surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He has since received his board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.Dr. Subramanian has an interest in all areas of spine pathology, including trauma, deformity, degenerative, pathologic conditions, and minimally invasive and microscopic spine surgical techniques. Dr. Subramanian is a former Head Chair of Orthopedics at St. Joseph Medical Center, and is on staff at Memorial Hermann Hospital (Texas Medical Center), Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital, Houston Metro Ortho and Spine Surgical Center, Houston Methodist Hospital, and Kingwood Medical Center.He has been involved in research in various areas of spine pathology, received awards for his projects, and has had his work published in respected peer reviewed journals.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Kroll's overarching goal is to be readily available and responsive for any patient under his care. With respect to treatment, he prefers to first exhaust all conservative modalities to give patients the best chance to improve their ailment(s) without needing to undergo surgery. If however, surgical intervention is needed, Dr. Kroll partners with his patients to ensure they understand the surgical plan and post-operative expectations to optimize his or her functional outcome. "I want my patients to get back to living their lives the way they want, as soon as reasonably possible. And I am willing to do everything I can to help them achieve that."

Care Philosophy: I concentrate on my patient's total health and well being, not just the presenting complaint. Also, when it comes to sports medicine and injuries, preventive medicience is high on my list. By educating my patients, we can prevent many chronic conditions as it relates to the musculoskeletal system. Care Philosophy: Dr. Stanislaw prefers a non-operative approach to the management of orthopedic problems. Prior to the consideration of surgery, he utilizes a variety of non-surgical treatments to alleviate symptoms and correct problems. If non-operative measures do not adequately help, Dr. Stanislaw will discuss the surgical options and the potential benefits and risks. In addition, the surgical procedure and post-operative course are thoroughly reviewed prior to any surgical intervention.

Biography: Dr. Le is a neurologist who completed his undergraduate at the University of California in 1998. In 2002, Dr. Le completed his degree in Osteopathic Medicine at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He did his medicine internship and neurology residency at the University of Texas at Medical Branch (UTMB), Galveston, TX, from 2003-2007. In 2007, Dr. Le joined the Kingwood Neurology and Sleep practice group. He has held the following leadership positions: Neurology Department Chair at HCA Kingwood Medical Center, 1/2020- present Member of the Medical Executive committee (MEC) at HCA Kingwood Medical Center, 1/2020-present Stroke Director at Post-Acute Medical (PAM) rehabilitation facility, 1/2020- present Past Internal Medicine Chair at Northeast Memorial Hermann Hospital Past Medical Executive Committee (MEC) member at HCA Kingwood Medical Center as a Treasurer/ Secretary Past member of the credentialing committee at Northeast Memorial Hermann Hospital Dr. Le has been a member of the Texas Medical Association since 2007. In 2019, he was recertified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Dr. Le's professional interests include EMG/NCV studies and Botox injection treatments. In his personal time, Dr. Le enjoys playing golf, tennis, table tennis, chess, spending time with his family, and the outdoors.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Fayaz is a communicator, both with his patients and with the referring physicians. He believes that his patients deserve an accurate diagnosis and a realistic treatment and recovery plan. The majority of patients presenting to a neurosurgeon can be managed conservatively and non-surgically. For this to be determined accurately, however, a thorough clinical and diagnostic assessment must be performed. The primary objective is to understand the patient's symptoms and signs in the context of a comprehensive diagnosis, to then lay the foundation and groundwork for treatment. The patient needs to know all the options for treatment, both surgical, and conservative or non-surgical. This requires a partnership with a team of other healthcare providers and professionals, including Neurologists, Pain Management Specialists, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Specialists, and Therapists.
