Biography: Dr. C. David Lin received his Medical Degree in 1999 from the University of Alabama - School of Medicine in Birmingham and is currently serving as Associate Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine and Attending Physiatrist in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. He is the Medical Director of the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at the Weill Cornell Medical Center. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College, completed his internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Biography: Dr. Haffey received his BA in Literature and Literary Studies in University of Colorado in 2002. He then obtained his DO degree in West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. He completed his internship at Stony Brook Medicine-Southampton Hospital, followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia/Cornell in 2020. Biography: Yevgeny Azrieli, MD is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Weill Cornell Medical College and an Assistant Attending Neurologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell. He is experienced in providing consultation to patients with a variety of general neurological conditions.Dr. Azrieli received his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at New York Hospital and a residency in Neurology at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident.
