Bad Experience with Dr. Lipson of my Spine
Telehealth
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lipson left much to be desired. Their lack of thoroughness and dismissive attitude towards my concerns was disheartening. I felt rushed through appointments and left with unanswered questions about my spine condition. I urge others to seek alternative options for spine care that prioritize patient well-being and thorough treatment.

Dr. Adam Lipson basically gave me back my quality of life. I had been suffering with a herniated disk, cyst and arthritis which all combined to compress the nerve(s) between L4-L5. I could not walk 10 feet without being in excruciating pain. Dr. Lipson performed a Laminectomy Jan 10th, and 6 weeks later I am pain free and returning to normal activities. Thank you Dr. Lipson and the entire staff.

I was told by the Physician’s Assistant I would be able to see Dr. Lipson the following day for a head injury, and that the front desk would contact me. Unfortunately, nobody called. When I contacted the office to follow up, I was first transferred to a voicemail box for his scheduler, who is on vacation. I called back, and was then told I would need to wait a week to see him. When I asked if any other providers could see me due to the urgency of the issue, I was curtly told they do not offer same day appointments. If you have a time-sensitive medical issue, and want to be treated with respect by the front desk staff, do not go here.

Excellent surgeon. Suffered for a year with cervical pain. Dr Lipson’s diagnosis was 100% accurate. He explained in detail my diagnosis , pre op and post op plans. Results were beyond amazing. He is also one of the most compassionate people I have ever met! He will spend as much time with you as you feel necessary. I never felt an appointment was rushed. I feel blessed dr Lipson was recommended to me.

Biggest mistake of my life. Dr Lipson performed 3 surgeries and one of them was because of his mistake and attempt to fix it. After the first surgery, which he admitted he “didn’t clean deep enough” caused a loss of balance. A 2nd emergency procedure was done where he stated he definitely “cleaned it deeper this time,” but excessive bleeding was the outcome. What he verbally admitted to me but refuses to write it on the medical notes, which was confirmed by 5 other doctors, was that he fractured a bone while trying to clean deeper. And with that, a 3rd fusion surgery was required. How convenient for him! I would never recommend this doctor and pray no one else suffers from his practice.

This is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of having Dr. Lipson as my surgeon. I had 2 microdiscectomies, which were causing me to have chronic pain in my lower back and legs. After both surgeries, I was able to walk without the chronic pain within hours of my surgery. He takes the time to explain exactly what is causing the problem and what he is going to do to fix the problem. He also takes the time to answer any and all questions that you have, and gives you the best answers he can.

Dr. Lipson knows his field. He was straightforward when giving a prognosis. He performed the surgery with excellence. It seems as though he has a full schedule, but he was available by phone if we had additional questions or concerns. He was kind and respectful to me and my family.

Waited over 1 month for an appointment with Dr. Lipson. The afternoon before my appointment his office called to cancel & reschedule my appointment. No openings for another 2 months! Receptionist saw no problem with my waiting 3 months in total. Never asked why I wanted to come in or offer any other options. Finding another Doctor.
