Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. Biography: Sanford M. Wolfe, DO, graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency in internal medicine at the U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Dr. Wolfe completed his fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN. Dr. Wolfe has practiced rheumatology since 1986. Dr. Wolfe is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.
