Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care is every single person is important no matter why they're in the office so I treat everybody with the same level of respect regardless of whether they're a professional athlete or somebody that was injured on the weekend. I try to interact with the patients on an individual basis and think one of the most important things you can do is to actually listen to the patient and their story. From there I like to involve them in their care and really try to make it a partnership between myself and the patient in terms of dealing with their current condition.``

I think of it as a partnership where I'm really listening to them, and taking their goals into context and trying to determine the best treatment plan based on those goals.``

I want to really understand where they are and then take the time to examine them, see what I see physically and then come up with a game plan. I look at my job as trying to define what I think is going on and then talking to the patients about their options. I individualize each patient's treatment so that they can understand what the problem is and what we need to do to deal with it, but within the context of what they can do within their life and what works for them.``
