Biography: Dr. Gramling is a graduate of Donetsk State Medical University in Ukraine. She completed her residency training in rheumatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Gramling has special areas of interest in rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, vasculitis and osteoporosis. She is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care is every single person is important no matter why they're in the office so I treat everybody with the same level of respect regardless of whether they're a professional athlete or somebody that was injured on the weekend. I try to interact with the patients on an individual basis and think one of the most important things you can do is to actually listen to the patient and their story.
