Biography: Jami J. Barnard, M.D., received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, and her medical degree from the Texas Tech University Paul L. Biography: Orlando J. Suris is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Biography: Cesar Reyes is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a founding member of the Institute for Women's Health. Dr. Reyes received his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Reyes is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Fertility Society, the Texas Medical Association, the Bexar County Medical Society and the Mexican American Physician's Association.Dr. Reyes was the first President of the Institute for Women's Health, and is a founding partner of the Medical Center call group.
