Biography: Dr. Lock-O'Hanlon is originally from the Los Angeles area. She attended the University of California, San Diego, where she studied Psychology with a Neuroscience focus in addition to her pre-medical studies. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. In her spare time, she enjoys Broadway shows, playing the piano, singing, and exploring the city with her husband and young son.

Biography: Dr. Oscar Lebwohl is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Medical School. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. This was followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and a fellowship in Liver Diseases at Mount Sinai. Dr. Lebwohl returned to Columbia in 1978 and has remained on the faculty since then in the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases. He is currently the Richard and Rakia Hatch Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and Vice Chairman of Development in the Department of Medicine at Columbia. Dr. Lebwohl specializes in Gastroenterology and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. In addition to his clinical practice he is actively involved in teaching and training Columbia medical students, residents and fellows. In 2010 he received the Ewig Clinical Scholar Award for outstanding teaching in the Department of Medicine. In 2013 Dr. Lebwohl received the Alfred Markowitz Service Award at the annual dinner of the Society of Practitioners at Columbia University Medical Center for outstanding service to the medical center. Dr. Lebwohl has been listed annually in the Castle Connolly list of America's top doctors and New York top doctors. He has also been listed in New York Magazine's list of best doctors.

Biography: Dr. Laura Sahyoun is an assistant professor of medicine at the Jill Roberts Center for IBD at Weill Cornell Medicine, specializing in the care of patients with inflammatory bowel diseases. She completed her medical school, internal medicine residency, and chief residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School followed by gastroenterology fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she was chief fellow. She completed a subspecialty training year in inflammatory bowel disease at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medicine. Her research interests include healthcare inequities and socioeconomic determinants of health, and utilization of intestinal ultrasound in guiding treatment management for Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). Dr. Sahyoun is committed to providing high quality patient care, is active in clinical trials, and contributes to multicenter collaborative research efforts to advance knowledge and treatment of IBD. She is an active member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.

Biography: Dr. Allison Yang is the Medical Director of the Pancreas Program at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and Attending Physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She is a clinical gastroenterologist with a focus on the multi-disciplinary care of patients with pancreatic disease. Dr. Yang received her BA from Columbia University in New York, her MD from the University of Illinois, and her MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health. She completed her internal medicine residency training at the Mayo Clinic, and her gastroenterology fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School.Dr. Yang's primary clinical and research interests are in the effective diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic disease including acute and chronic pancreatitis, recognition and treatment of cystic neoplasms of the pancreas, and early biomarkers for pancreatic cancer. Her research interests also include the use of mobile health applications in advancing patient care, and the application of machine-learning algorithms in the management of pancreatic cysts. She performs upper endoscopy and colonoscopy and sees patients in gastroenterology and pancreas clinic. Dr. Yang is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE). She is also a member of the ACG Patient Care Committee, a councillor in the AGA Pancreas Section and a member of the AGA Pancreas Section Nominating Committee.
