Biography: Gregory Velat, MD, is a dual-fellowship trained, board-certified neurosurgeon with a passion for exceptional patient care and quality surgical outcomes. He received training in both neurological surgery and neurointerventional surgery from the University of Florida, as well as advanced training in open cerebrovascular/skull-base surgery at the top, nationally ranked, Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona under the mentorship of world renowned, Robert Spetzler, MD.
