Dr. Silva completed an Adult Scoliosis and Deformity Spine Fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois; a Pediatric Scoliosis and Deformity Spine Fellowship at Shriners Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and an Advanced Pediatric and Adult Spinal Deformity Fellowship at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Silva has published numerous peer-reviewed medical journal articles, textbook chapters and societal papers. In his leisure time, he enjoys running, swimming, playing tennis and traveling.

Biography: Gregory Elders, M.D. is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic and spine surgeon with Texas Bone and Joint with offices in Conroe and Huntsville, Texas. Dr. Elders is an honors graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and served as a chief resident in the Henry Ford Hospital's department of orthopedic surgery. He then went on to complete an advanced spinal surgery fellowship at the prestigious Texas Back Institute. Dr. Elders has over 20 years of experience in his field. He specializes in the treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions including sports medicine injuries, hand injuries, foot injuries and degenerative conditions and arthritis. Additionally, he has completed a fellowship in advanced spinal surgery and specializes in the treatment of all spinal conditions including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, spinal trauma, and spinal deformity.Regardless of what orthopedic or spinal condition you may be suffering from, Dr. Elders can help you determine the best course of action to get back to a pain-free life.
