Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Biography: Jennifer Jerele, MD, received her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Jerele completed her fellowship at Duke University Medical Center (NC). Dr. Jerele is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Biography: Jordan Grilliot, DO is a sports medicine physician and orthopedic surgeon in Dayton, OH. He is a graduate of Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. Dr. Grilliot completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH and went on to complete an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Ochsner Health Foundation/Sports Medicine Institute in New Orleans, LA.
