Care Philosophy: Zhijie Zhou, MD, is a board-certified rheumatologist. Dr. Zhou emphasizes patient-centered care, ensuring that each individual feels heard, respected and well-informed. As a partner in his patients' care, he is committed to being their advocate, ensuring that their needs and preferences guide their treatment plan. He follows Sir William Osler's maxim: "The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease." Dr. Zhou is a member of the American College of Rheumatology. Away from work, Dr. Zhou enjoys hiking, fishing and reading.

Care Philosophy: Eric Alyea, DO, MPH, is an orthopedic surgeon with special interest in complex shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Alyea strives to provide the highest quality care using the latest techniques in an evidence based manner, and to serve patients through a collaborative, shared decision model developed through open and honest communication with the informed patient. Dr. Alyea is a candidate member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, Western Orthopaedic Association, Wilderness Medical Society, American Medical Association and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. Dr. Alyea was an assistant team physician for the Dallas Mavericks during the 2018-19 season. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, archery, snowboarding and other outdoor activities.

Dr. Moyer began her orthopedic practice as an active duty surgeon in the United States Navy, serving the sailors and marines of Camp Lejeune, both stateside and in combat while deployed to Afghanistan. She has specialty interests in trauma, sports medicine and all facets of general orthopedics. _x000D_ Dr. Moyer first became interested in the field of orthopedics, and sports injuries specifically, as an all-state Virginia high school basketball standout and a varsity basketball athlete at Johns Hopkins University. Her undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering further fueled her desire to pursue orthopedics as a career. _x000D_ In her off-hours, Dr. Moyer enjoys spending time with her son, playing piano, recreational basketball, golf, snowboarding and traveling. _x000D_
