Joint and pain relief by Dr Pang
I met Dr Pang on a visit to Dr Khalfayan who had fixed my knee. This was my 7th knee surgery and it’s now better than any of the past 30 years. He noticed I grimaced when we were checking out my knee and noticed it was my wrist was the issue or pain point. No schedule, no new visit and in less than an hour Dr Pang was checking out and diagnosing my wrist ion less than 15 minutes. 5 minutes later a cortisone injection was placed into my wrist and minutes later no pain. Forward to 3 months pain returns and another injection. 3 months later and another injection. Dr Pang stated on the first visit the cortisone injection might unfortunately only be a temporary fix and surgery might be the final option. I normally would be angry and a little anxious since I have had over 10 major orthopedic surgeries and do not want any more. But, I believe in Dr Pangs results and suggestion that surgery will probably be the option. I trust both Doctors and will follow their instructions completely. Cheers

I was super impressed by Dr Pang today. I was referred for an issue with my hand - he immediately diagnosed it and treated it, giving me an injection. He answered my questions politely and was very kind and patient. He clearly knows what he’s doing!

Incredibly efficient, very friendly!
Wow, as soon as I hit the office I was passed efficiently from nice staff to even nicer staff and within 20 min I had all forms filled, and X-rays done. Dr Pang was himself very efficient but listened closely too. Out within 30 min!

Nonchalant & dismissive & waste of money
He was overly chill and nonchalant about my injury, it didn't relieve me instead I felt like my clarifying questions kept getting ignored. He spent less than 10 minutes with me in each of my 3 visits where he just said 'it's healing fine'. Didn't remember how it happened or the sport I play, very frustrating and then when the bill came even more frustrating. Not worth it. Should've just stuck with the urgent care and worn the brace and left it at that.

Excellent care
Dr. Pang saw me after a fall that ended in a trip to the ER for a broken wrist. He explained his post-x-ray findings in detail reviewing that surgery was not necessary. After listening to me recounting the event he kindly put me in a cast rather than leaving me in the ER's splint. At 76 this made my life much easier. For each post-op visit, I was seen with courtesy and on time.

Hand's Down, One of the Best
Eric Pang is an orthopedist specialist in hands. I therefore felt I could trust his expertise and diagnosis. His entire practice is highly ethical and professional - They will not try to cram expensive treatments or surgeries. In my case, it was a steroid injection for a severely irritated tendon and he performed it at the same appointment. He explained in detail what to expect over the next few days to weeks, which I really appreciated. If it didn't work as he described, he wanted to hear from me, and he was sincere in his concern.

Inattentive, incomplete, and noncommunicative
I felt like a distraction to Dr. Pang, as if squeezed in during a visit with another patient. He didn't do a complete diagnosis, leaving me with a hand injury, and subsequently ignored multiple requests for follow-up. Buyer beware!
