Biography: Dr. Lorenzetti is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulders and elbows. Since his mother was a family medicine physician and his father was a civil engineer, Dr. Lorenzetti studied bioengineering in college. He thinks orthopedics is a perfect combination of engineering and medicine that allows people to get back to their active lives and activities that they enjoy. He thinks it is very rewarding taking away someone's pain or restoring their range of motion so they can be back playing with their children, golfing, skiing or whatever they wish to do.Dr. Lorenzetti loves to be active and to be outdoors: he enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking, rock climbing, golfing, and soccer during the summer. Biography: Dr. Rishi Gogineni is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He utilizes modern techniques in his surgical practice including anterior approach total hip replacements, muscle-sparing total knee replacements, and robotic surgery for accurate implant placement. He is experienced in and has published research on outpatient joint replacement with same day discharge to home. For patients who may not be ready for surgery yet, he offers non-surgical arthritis treatments. He is happy to see patients for second opinions or consultations. Dr. Gogineni lives in Loudoun County with his wife and four kids and their chocolate lab.

Biography: Dr. Gallagher is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in trauma, reconstruction, joint replacement and sports injuries around the foot and ankle. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and attended Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine in Philadelphia for his medical education. He completed his residency and fellowship training at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland during which time he also spent time at Johns Hopkins Hospital and University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Dr. Gallagher manages a broad scope of conditions of the foot and ankle, including both primary and revision ankle replacement, as well as all forms of trauma such as tibial pilon, ankle, calcaneal, talus fractures and Achilles tendon injuries.He is a member of the American Academy of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (AOFAS) where he was chosen to serve on the Research Committee. Through this position, he remains on the cutting edge of foot and ankle research across the country. He has presented his research at national conferences and has published book chapters and scientific articles in journals including The American Journal of Sports Medicine.Dr. Gallagher utilizes cutting edge techniques including patient-specific-instrumentation for ankle arthroplasty, which uses a CT scan and a personalized plan to ensure a more reliable and efficient replacement. Additionally, he performs a minimally invasive approach to multiple conditions including Achilles injuries, bunion correction and hindfoot reconstruction.Dr. Gallagher's priority is to find strategies that keep his patients on their feet. He believes that one of the most important determinants of health is the ability to stay active. Often, that requires a nuanced view of the condition and the patient's goals in order to come up with a plan together to optimize the outcome.Originally from Philadelphia, Dr. Gallagher was a former club rugby and high school football player.
