Biography: Dr. Louis A. Dieffenbach is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and received his medical degree from University Tech De Santiago. Dr. Dieffenbach completed a residency at St. Agnes Healthcare Program and he specialists in obstetrics and gynecology.

Biography: Antonio Pinero-Pilona, M.D., F.A.C.E., C.C.D. graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He completed his Internship and Residency programs at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Pinero-Pilona completed his Endocrinology Fellowship training at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. He is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, the American Diabetes Association, the Endocrine Society and the Pasco County Medical Association. Dr. Pinero-Pilona has done extensive research on the field of diabetes and has published his work in the recognized Diabetes Care Journal.

I strive to create trusting relationships with my patients, and use evidence based practice to facilitate shared decision making. Biography: Rafael Velasquez, MD, attended residency in family medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama, and also completed a residency at Kansas University School of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine. Dr. Velasquez was born in Lima, Peru, and graduated from Federico Villarreal School of Medicine in 1993. He worked with multiple volunteer programs in his native Peru, including the early detection of cervical/breast cancer, cholera prevention, and the Peruvian Red Cross. Dr. Valasquez is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Medical Association. He enjoys karate, soccer, music, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Biography: Nathaniel Vinje, DO specializes in internal medicine and received his degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Vinje completed an internship at HCA Florida St. Petersburg General Hospital and a residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center. He specializes in internal medicine at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida, and practice with Access Healthcare, LLC.
