Biography: Selam Whitfield, MD is an OB/GYN surgeon. She joined Matlock OB/GYN in 2021 and provides general obstetric and gynecological services for women of all ages. Dr. Whitfield enjoys providing comprehensive care for women throughout some of the most challenging, vulnerable, and empowering stages of life. She is passionate about improving health literacy in her patients in order to facilitate shared decision making. Her clinical interests include contraception management, adolescent care, and minimally invasive surgery.
