I delivered my 1st baby with her which went well in 2017. 2nd baby I switched at 34 weeks to a midwife for a home birth during the heart of COVID (early June 2020). 3rd baby I was back with her until a late-term miscarriage at 16 weeks. I had to advocate for further testing, which ultimately revealed I had a rare blood clot disorder. 8 months later, after ignoring repeated attempts to address issues with my menstrual cycle, I switched OBGYN's and found out that I had a softball-sized mass in my uterus which might have been the reason for my loss and was definitely the reason for my menstrual complications. When I got home from surgery to remove the mass (with the other OBGYN) I received a letter from her office basically terminating me as a patient when she found out I was seeing another physician. I offered to explain why I switched OBGYN's and she said she wanted to learn more and then never called. RUN - or if you're a current patient and you feel like she isn't listening to you, SHE'S NOT AND SWITCH! She may have been a good doctor at one point but she's burned out post-COVID and has too many patients to provide good care. LOVE my new OB's office and so grateful I switched - they helped me discover an even rarer disorder than the blood clotting issue that needs to be monitored annually.

Plan on taking a half day off just to come to any appointment here. You will wait at least and hour before being called back to a room where you will wait another 45 or so minutes. Most of my appointments required me to take a half day of PTO from work just to come to appointments. Doesn’t matter if they are OB or GYN appointments, plan on waiting for a very long time. Also feel very rushed in the room with the doctor. If you’re a new mom coming without your baby and are breastfeeding, plan on bring your pump with you because you get engorged while waiting and will be in pain.

I am the significant other of a patient of doctor Wiley’s. I have been to about 4 prenatal appointments with my wife. I have yet to see a provider within 60 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. Half of the time there is no apology for being late. The blatant lack of respect for the patients time is sickening. This isn’t a highly specialized practice and not even one that focuses on high risk pregnancies. There is no reason an OB/GYN should take this long.

I have been with Dr. Wiley for multiple pregnancies. Things have changed a lot in the last few years. These days, you are nearly always handed off to a PA. This creates continuity of care issues (ex: she had no idea I had been seen by her PA for a recent miscarriage). The paper charts (!) are rarely read. You have to re-explain things at each visit. Advocate for yourself when scheduling. Try for Wiley, but if you need a PA-- Ruthie. If you need a sonogram-- Joe. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

Wait time can be long but she covers two hospitals so that is a factor. She’s never made me feel rushed and has always made me feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics. Having a connection with my gyno is important to me and I feel she truly cares about me as a person. Highly recommend Dr. Wiley

Terrible experience, not only with Dr Wiley, but also the hospital she delivers at (Baylor). She bullied the patient and was more concerned about her covering partner being able to be off for a holiday, then the health of mom and baby. I would never recommend anyone seeing her or delivering at Baylor.

She is a great doctor!! The only thing that is HORRIBLE is how long you have to wait to see her and calling her office to schedule appointments. I wait up to 1hr and half at times to get into a room when it's busy. And 2 1/2 hours when doing a sonogram with a technician. It has gotten worse within the year. I love her as a doctor because she listens and she is reassuring. The only problem is trying to see her.!
