Biography: Dr. Bell graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with an undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then pursued her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. Dr. Bell completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan. She chose the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology because of the versatility the field. It provided her the opportunity to practice office-based medicine, in addition to delivering infants and performing surgery. She enjoys being able to establish a long-term relationship with her patients while advocating for women's health. In her free time, Dr. Bell enjoys traveling, cooking, and wine tasting.

Biography: Yetunde Awosemusi, M.D., is an OBGYN physician at Women's Health of Las Colinas, located on the campus of Medical City Las Colinas, where she provides obstetric and gynecologic care to people of all ages.Dr. Awosemusi earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago. There, she served as Academic Chief Resident and helped organize the learning and educational goals for her fellow residents. She achieved board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2018 and is currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas.Prior to joining Women's Health of Las Colinas, Dr. Awosemusi was an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. During her time at UT Southwestern, she taught medical students and residents, served as course director for a medical student course, spearheaded several quality improvement projects that improved patient care and actively participated in several quality and safety committees. In 2022, she was selected as the faculty senator to represent the department of OB/GYN at the UT Southwestern Faculty Senate.Dr. Awosemusi has delivered a variety of presentations and published several academic articles. She also has research experience in topics such as maternal obesity and the risk of preeclampsia, techniques for improving breastfeeding initiation and continuation in underserved populations. She has presented her research at national medical conferences. Her clinical interests include low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, management of fibroids, addressing abnormal periods through medication and minimally invasive surgery, and most importantly providing patient centered care. In recognition of her excellent care, she received the North Texas Child Mom-Approved OB/GYNs & Midwives award in 2020. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Awosemusi moved to the United States as a teenager, giving her a unique ability to understand people from diverse backgrounds. She currently lives in Las Colinas, a suburb of Irving, Texas where she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Biography: Dr. Tracy Elliott is a cum laude graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Biology. She completed her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston where she received the Outstanding Medical Student in Obstetrics and Gynecology award in 1997. Dr. Elliott received her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas in Wichita where she served as administrative chief resident. She has been in Private Practice since 2002 and has been practicing in Frisco since 2004. In addition to her busy medical practice, Dr. Elliott has worked hard to build the hospital OB/GYN services at the places she has worked. Initially at Centennial Medical Center where she served in many roles including Chairman of the OB/GYN Department and Chief of the Medical staff, and now at Medical City Frisco where she has served as Chairman of the OB/GYN Department, Maternal Medical Director, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Campus Medical Committee. She feels very strongly about providing the best care possible for her patients. This starts with exceptional care in the office where patients are treated with compassion and their needs are addressed from start to finish including support from the office staff and ancillary services like lab and imaging. It continues into the hospital setting, where she works with the administrators and the nurses to make sure all the patient's needs are met in the most caring and technologically advanced setting possible. She chose to be an OB/GYN because she loves being able to take care of her patients through multiple phases of their lives, from early contraceptive needs, to pregnancy care, to menopausal issues. She also loves delivering babies and doing surgery, which provide excitement and challenges not seen in the office. When Dr. Elliott is not in the office, she loves spending time with her family and her dogs. She enjoys exercising, traveling, fishing, and art projects as her favorite leisure activities.

Biography: Dr. Callejas is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She completed her medical education at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, where she served as administrative Chief Resident.Her practice philosophy is to to treat each woman with the same compassion and understanding as she would her own sister, mother, daughter or friend. She strives to educate her patients so they can make informed decisions about their health and obtain the best possible outcomes for themselves, their babies and their families. Dr. Callejas enjoys all aspects of caring for women but has a special interest in obstetrics and the care of teens.She is married and mother to two little boys and a girl Boxer. She enjoys spending time with her close-knit extended family, traveling, reading, cooking and dancing.

Biography: Denisse Sanchez Holcomb, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN at Women's Health of Las Colinas in Irving, Texas and provides obstetrical, gynecological, and well-woman care to women of all ages. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Rice University in Houston, TX, earning a bachelor's degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis in 2005. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX, in 2010. Dr. Holcomb then completed her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she also served as the Administrative Chief Resident her fourth year. Since 2014, she has been licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas and achieved board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2016.Prior to joining Women's Health of Las Colinas, Dr. Holcomb was an Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she taught medical students and residents while caring for the women of North Texas. During her time at Parkland Hospital, she served as the Medical Director of the Parkland prenatal clinics. She has been the recipient of various teaching awards and has been actively involved in many quality and safety committees at various hospitals, including Parkland Hospital and Clements University Hospital, underscoring her passion for patient safety. In 2018, she received the Outstanding Faculty Teaching Award by the UT Southwestern OB/GYN Residency Program.Dr. Holcomb's research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, and she has received grant support for research on topics like trauma-informed care and postpartum hypertension. She has been an invited speaker at numerous regional and national medical conferences. Her clinical interests include low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, as well as minimally invasive surgery and menopause care. In 2023, she received the Rising Star Award from Texas Monthly Super Docs.She is a member of professional organizations such as the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, the Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society.Originally from Yauco, Puerto Rico, Dr. Sanchez Holcomb is fluent in both English and Spanish, which enhances her ability to care for a diverse patient population. She currently resides in Coppell, TX, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
