I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received at Dr. Mitchell's office. My delivery was a nightmare. After delivering the baby, I lost feeling in my leg and despite constantly asking for help afterward, my concerns were ignored or not treated seriously. I was scared to hold my baby or even walk, but no one seemed to care. I later found out I damaged nerves in my leg while delivering. This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve had other deliveries at different hospitals and expected a certain level of care.Additionally, part of the placenta was left inside my body for months. I kept complaining about unusual bleeding and pain but was dismissed similar to when I brought up the numbness in my leg. It wasn’t until I demanded an ultrasound—after talking to other doctors online—that they finally took action and realized what was going on. Even then, I had to practically beg them to remove it before the Thanksgiving holiday. It felt like they were more concerned

Dr. Mitchell is the best!!! she is so easy to talk to and has made every visit so easy. Her front desk, and nurses are really great as well, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Dr. Mitchell is awesome doctor and an expert ob/gyn. She helped delivering my baby in April 2018 and I found her very comforting and friendly every time I visited her. She is very sweet and soft spoken which makes me very comfortable to ask my questions.I could not have been in better hands than her. She ensured to visit me everyday until I got discharged from hospital. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend her for any ob/gyn needs.

Very caring and compassionate. Had to have my appointment rescheduled once, but I understand that's the nature of the baby business and I would want her to do the same for me when it's my time to deliver. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great on/gyn.

Dr. MItchell is a God send for our family. Without her expertise , patience, and dedication, we would never have brought home our precious three month old baby girl. If anyone has an issue with Dr MItchell, that person seriously needs to conduct a self evaluation. She is so precious to so many of her patients and we owe her eternal gratitude that we’ve been able to have a baby!

Dr. Mitchell was extremely attentive to me during a very tough time and went out of her way to check on me numerous times. She has a huge heart and is who you want by your side! She is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Dr. MItchell is the most amazing doctor Ive ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable , yet she doesn’t act superior in any way. She is very patient and answers all of my questions. Love her and feel like she is family!!

This is my first pregnancy and I would not recommend this office. The office manager Cindy is so rude and very unprofessional. They re-drew labs after I told them i already had them done and are now charging me $135 for it. Dr. Mitchell was always late to my appointments and made me reschedule 3 out of 4 times. I stopped going after she blurted out the gender after we told her not to tell us cause we spent over $1000 on a gender reveal party. All she said was oops I'm sorry.

I love Dr. Mitchell. She's personable, caring, and you can tell she loves her job and her patients. In the 2.5 years I have been going to her, I have never had any issues with the office staff or accounting department (2 different insurances during that time, as well). Everyone including Dr. Mitchell have been attentive, professional, and sweet. I would recommend her to everyone!

I would not recommend this provider to anyone... The staff was rude and the wait time was too long. More importantly---I repeatedly asked for the physician to call me concerning information in my medical record and she NEVER did. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I would not advise you to see her.

Worst Billing Staff, they were unaware of my insurance coverages and performed 3 additional ultrasounds CPT 76805 and now they want me to pay. What my insurance responded was that provider should provide proper need for the ultrasound which I guess staff did not responded properly. Moreover they have not even giving me the discount for non insurance payments. So, I am ended up paying 600$ because of their blunder. Beware folks before you visit.
