Biography: Salva Ahmed, MD is a graduate of Akron University and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Ahmed is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians.

For most of the last 14 years, Dr. Johnson has lived in the greater Cincinnati area. She is married with two children and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Jay Hoffman, MD is a graduate of Duke University and the Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Hoffman is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been with SureCare Medical Center since 1995.

Biography: Michael Ruff, MD was born and raised in the Dayton area. After attending medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, he completed his training in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. He has worked in both private practice and academic teaching settings including Wright State University's School of Medicine. His professional interests include office based procedures and providing care for the whole family, including newborns through geriatrics. His personal interests include spending time with his family, sports (especially golf), reading and writing.

Biography: Christopher Lauricella, DO is a graduate of Florida State University and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health. Dr. Ordway is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Dr. Metry has been associated with Premier Physician Network since 1996.

Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. He completed his family practice residency and internship at OUCOM/Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH.Dr. Wical has been the team physician for Fort Loramie High School athletics since 2009. Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service.
