Shaw, Board Certified OB/GYN is a native of Nashville, TN and has a genuine passion for the physical, emotional and overall health of the complete women. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Medical Degree from The University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr. Shaw enjoys practicing the entire scope of women's health with emphasis on family planning, obstetrics, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She values the long term relationships developed between doctor and patient and is dedicated to helping those here in her hometown.

Biography: Dr. Elizabeth Bleecker was born in Rochester, New York, and earned her undergraduate degree in Human Biology, Health and Society from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She then attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine before completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.Dr. Bleecker practiced at Northwestern University's Prentice Women's Hospital in Chicago for three years before returning to Nashville. She is married with two children, and in her free time enjoys yoga, travel, reading, concerts, and Titans football.
