Dr. Carter specializes in providing comprehensive cancer care for women who have been diagnosed with cancers of the cervix, ovaries, uterus, vagina, vulva, and endometrium. She has been published for her numerous research studies on gynecologic cancers. Dr. Carter is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition, she has been named a Top Doc in Richmond Magazine most years since 2015.When not caring for patients, Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, reading, hiking, and traveling.
