Care Philosophy: Minimally Invasive Gyn Surgical (MIGS) options are changing the way women should expect to experience surgery. Certainly, no one looks forward to having surgery, but if you need a procedure, I'm committed to striving for painless, bloodless surgery, with minimal scarring, fast healing, and the least disruption to your life possible. I have been a board certified, practicing Ob/Gyn for almost 20 years. Since being introduced to robotic (daVinci) surgery in 2010, I have performed over 350 daVinci procedures. I was one of the first several dozen gyn surgeons in the US to complete the Master Level (highest level) of daVinci surgical training. I'm especially interested in benign complex gyn problems such as pelvic pain, endometriosis, large fibroids, hysterectomy, pelvic prolapse, and uterine bleeding problems. 99% of the surgeries I have performed in the past 4 years have been successfully completed through small incisions, with no major complications. In order to be able to offer minimally invasive surgical options to more women, I retired from delivering babies in April of 2014 and found the San Antonio area's first dedicated MIGS practice, Virtuosa Gyn. In my office, you should come prepared for a personal experience, from kind and compassionate office staff, combined with my "girl talk" bedside manner. Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Kristin Brigger is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She grew up in Beaumont, Texas where she enjoyed the benefits of growing up in a small town. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. In 2006, she earned her Medical Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Brigger completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2010. During medical school, Dr. Brigger was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society during her junior year. In residency, Dr. Brigger received the Residency Teaching Award and was an Administrative Chief Resident from 2009-2010. Dr. Brigger has been voted as a "Texas Super Doctor Rising Star" in Texas Monthly Magazine every year. She has also received Vitals "Patient Choice" award for multiple years. Dr. Brigger is committed to developing lifelong relationships with her patients. She enjoys being able to guide women through all the phases of a woman's life and her health needs. She has a passion for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is trained in laparoscopic and Da Vinci robotic surgery. Dr. Brigger is devoted to learning the most current technologies for surgical techniques so that she can offer her patients the latest advances in gynecologic care. Dr. Brigger is also a member of multiple committees at The Women's Hospital of Texas to ensure that our patients have the best care and experience during any hospitalization. In her spare time, Dr. Brigger enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, her daughters, Riley and Harper, and their beagle, Walker. She also likes reading, traveling and shopping and being an active member in her school's community.

Biography: Dr. Adrian Harvey Mass is an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician with Houston Women's Care Associates. She was born and raised near Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. She went on to attend Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, and earned her MD. She continued on with Loyola for an additional year of training in general surgery, before fleeing the cold weather of the north for Texas. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology with Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Harvey Mass sees all obstetrical and gynecologic issues, but her special interests include sexual health, adolescent gynecology, contraception including IUDs, and caring for moms and babies during pregnancy.Dr. Harvey Mass and her husband are now proud to call Houston home, and are enjoying raising their 2 sons here. Dr. Harvey Mass sees patients at the main office, as well as in Angleton and Pearland. Dr. Harvey Mass welcomes new patients and referrals.
