Biography: I love being an OB-GYN because it allows me to care for my patients throughout their lives. I enjoy the breadth of practice, including puberty, contraception, high- and low-risk pregnancies, abnormal periods and fibroids, as well as menopause and beyond. I am privileged to care for patients during the most impactful and momentous events of their lives. I strive to care for my patients as I would my own family members, and I believe in well-informed, shared decision making that is founded in evidence-based practice.

Biography: The opportunity to work with women from childhood to adulthood is what appeals to me about the field of obstetrics and gynecology. I enjoy all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, from prenatal care and delivery, to irregular periods and menopause, to infertility and routine annual exams. I have received extensive training in a wide variety of minimally invasive surgical procedures.

My area of expertise includes both obstetrics and gynecology with special interests in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, endometriosis, contraception counseling and management, and high-risk obstetrics. My practice philosophy revolves around patient-centered care and shared decision-making. It is important to me that patients feel like we are working together as a team during all aspects of their care.
