Treated Horribly
I went in to figure out why I am having certain issues with maintaining blood sugar levels. It took me about a month to get scheduled and my appt was still 4+ months out. I then arrived for my appt and was waiting for Dr. James for over 20 minutes in the exam room. I then met with her for about 5-10 minutes for her to tell me it was not even an issue I should be worried about. She then told me it was an effect of a mental health issue I have had for years, never once experiencing these things. My concerns were just thrown away and they didn't even seem to fully take in my concerns.

As a new patient the unprofessional conduct and sloppy administrative functioning, of Dr. James's practice, resulted in such an awful patient experience, including requiring me to repeatedly ask for, the most basic follow through and information to get required lab work done. The complete absence of timely follow through, combined with poor communication, failure to inform me of requirements and negligence, resulted in me having to repeat blood draws, and travel, multiple times to a lab. I could not in good consciousness recommend this practice to anyone.
