Biography: Dr. Dustin Huynh is co-medical director of Critical Care at Osceola Regional Medical Center. He attended the University of Hawaii - John A. Burns School of Medicine. He went on to complete a surgical critical care fellowship and general surgery residency with University of South Carolina Palmetto Health, where he was nominated for Resident of the Year and was the recipient of the Chief Resident Award. He is board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care. Dr. Huynh is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Society for Critical Care Medicine and Southeastern Surgical Congress. He is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Central Florida, College of Medicine. Other than his interest in trauma and critical care, he specializes in biliary and hernia surgeries. His other areas of interest include minimally invasive laparoscopic/robotic, endocrine, and bread and butter general surgery cases. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travels the world, and anticipates on doing many medical missions in the future.

Biography: Venkatasubramanian Kanthimathinathan, MD (Venkat), is a board certified general and bariatric surgeon. "Dr. Venkat" as he is known by his patients is deeply committed to the care of all his patients and is honored by the privilege to help them restore their whole health through expert surgical care and uncommon compassion for their well-being. Originally from India, Dr. Venkat attended medical school there before coming to USA for his general surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Following that, he completed his fellowship in minimally invasive bariatric surgery at the University of Missouri Health Care, Columbia, MO. Along with providing his patients with exceptional care, Dr. Venkat is an avid sports and music fan who loves to travel and explore the world, especially the Swiss Alps. Biography: Roberto Arias, MD, is a board-certified surgeon who completed his internship in general surgery at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, New York, NY, and general surgery residency at New York Medical College, Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY, where he also completed a fellowship in Advanced GI/MIS. Dr. Arias has been a surgeon at Nuvance Health at Putnam Hospital Center in Poughkeepsie, NY, since 2022, and before that, served as a general surgeon at UNC Health at Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. As an assistant professor of general surgery at New York Medical College at Metropolitan Hospital in New York City, he conducted a wide range of general surgical procedures and mentored and supervised surgical residents and medical students.
