Biography: Matthew Lawless, MD, is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and completed his residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Lawless completed a sports medicine fellowship at Methodist Sports Medicine Center in Indianapolis and is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Lawless specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine issues related to the knee including ACL surgery, meniscus and cartilage pathology, patellofemoral disorders, adult reconstruction, total and partial knee replacements and revision surgery. Dr. Lawless is the Director of Sports Medicine at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine and team physician for Wright State University and Fairborn High School. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and Dayton Orthopaedic Society.

Biography: Polina Sadikov MD, is a graduate of 1st Medical School in the USSR. She completed her residency in family medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Sadikov is board certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Sadikov is a dedicated family medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive care. She provides personalized, patient-centered treatment for a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, depression, anxiety, thyroid disorders, obesity, asthma, COPD, and menopause. Biography: Charlotte Orr, MD is an orthopedictraumasurgeon in Dayton. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College ofMedicine in Lexington, KY. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. Dr. Orr is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. She is a member of several professional organizations including American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.
