Care Philosophy: Luv Hajirawala, MD is a board-certified General Surgeon with additional fellowship training in Colon and Rectal surgery. His specialties include, but are not limited to, the treatment of colon and rectal cancer, anal cancer, diverticular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, anorectal disease, gallbladder disease and hernias. He specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. He is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi and sees patients 18 and up. Dr. Hajirawala considers his patients his partners in the provision of their care. His role in the clinic is to assist patients in understanding their disease process and establish the best treatment plan. In the operating room, his goal as a surgeon is to evaluate and apply state-of-the-art procedures, equipment and advances to achieve the best outcome. Care Philosophy: Dr Marie Catherine Lee graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University and completed her MD degree at the Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine in Rootstown, Ohio. After a general surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, she completed the Susan G Komen/University of Michigan Multidisciplinary Breast Fellowship in Ann Arbor. She is board-certified in General Surgery and joined the Moffitt Cancer Center's Comprehensive Breast Program as an Assistant Professor in 2008. She was promoted to Associate Professor in 2014. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of University Surgeons.

Care Philosophy: Ajay Patel MD is a board certified general surgeon vascular surgeon and bariatric medicine physician who has been in practice since 1999 He was valedictorian of his class at Brandon Senior High School in Brandon Fla and earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors at the University of Miami in Coral Gables He graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine and then undertook his general surgery residency at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville S C where he earned the Joseph C McAlhany Award for Resident of the Year three consecutive years and completed his tenure as Academic Chief Resident He next completed advanced fellowship training in vascular surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis Dr Patel s special clinical interests include minimally invasive endovascular surgery peripheral vascular angiography wound care arterio venous fistulas and grafts and the surgical correction of abdominal aortic aneurysms

Care Philosophy: Dr Zhang received her MD degree from the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of South Florida, followed by a Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center and the University of South Florida, where she also served as Chief Fellow. Dr Zhang is a recent recipient of the ASCO Robert A Winn Diversity in Clinical Trials Award. Dr Zhang's clinical interests focus on improving patient outcomes in non-Hodgkin lymphoma through the application of personalized cancer treatment strategies.
