Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. She is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Biography: Anthony J. Checroun, MD is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He specializes in shoulder pathology, including athletic, traumatic and degenerative conditions; shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacement surgery; sports medicine; and general orthopedics. He completed a shoulder fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopedic Institute in New York City, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Checroun earned his medical degree from Indiana University. Dr. Checroun speaks English and French.

Biography: Ronald Pohlman, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians, and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Pohlman has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since 2000.
