Care Philosophy: Our primary goal should be to educate the patient on the available data and management options, before working with them to come to a mutually agreeable treatment or management plan. Many urologic conditions do not have a single means of treatment or management, so incorporating patient goals and values is critical to creating a strong doctor-patient relationship and optimizing outcomes.

Care Philosophy: Elise Yerelian, MD, is a family medicine specialist treating all ages. She values the ability to build long-term relationships with her patients and treat them holistically with disease management, well checks, sick visits, mental health support and more. Dr Yerelian earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, before achieving her medical degree at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She also completed residency training at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. Outside of work, Dr Yerelian stays busy camping, backpacking, skiing, working out, and spending time with her husband, children and friends.
