Care Philosophy: Sports played a large part in my life, when during a track meet I fractured my forearm, leading to my first encounter with an orthopedic surgeon. This early event sparked my interest in medicine, specifically in the field of orthopedics.

I am passionate about skiing, biking, golf, scuba diving, cooking and old muscle cars as well. It is truly my privilege to help people live active lives, do so with less pain and restriction, and become friends along the way. It was great to serve as a military field surgeon before entering my residency at Fitzsimmons hospital. One can still feel a little altruism about serving our country.

Care Philosophy: I have been a member of Pueblo Bone and Joint Clinic and a staple in the Pueblo community for almost 20 years. I believe that private practice allows the patient choices when it comes to providing services at the most convenient, cost-effective facilities possible. I am a Board Certified general orthopedic surgeon which allows me to offer both conservative and surgical treatment to a wide-range of orthopedic conditions. I always strive to put patients first and work diligently to get them back to life.

Care Philosophy: I take a holistic approach to each patient's carewe discuss life and movement goals and together create a treatment plan that will best meet the patient's needs. I believe it is important that I stay at the forefront of orthopedic innovation so the treatments I offer are the very best available. Care Philosophy: Dr. Mann's treatment philosophy is "to educate the patient, help them understand their problem, and equip them to manage their injury." Dr. Mann states, "Sometimes this requires surgery and/or the aid of a skilled physical therapist."

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Andrew Pytiak is dedicated to helping young athletes return to, and stay on the playing field. He has fellowship training in both pediatric orthopaedics and sports medicine and is passionate about synthesizing these two disciplines to address the unique challenges presented by young, athletic patients. He honed his skills by providing sideline, training room and practice coverage for multiple Division I collegiate athletic teams at the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Denver. He has also served as the team physician for Colorado high school football teams. He serves as a resource for patients with fractures, cartilage damage, ligament tears, injured growth plates and torn tendons. Dr. Pytiak is an active researcher in pediatric orthopedics and has multiple publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. A focus of his research is upper extremity injuries in the young throwing athlete. He has lectured and presented research around the world in locations including Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. Motivated by a belief that all children have the right to live happy, healthy lives Dr. Pytiak has also participated in international medical mission trips to help provide basic medical care to medically underserved communities. Outside of medicine, Andrew enjoys the unique exhilaration provided be downhill mountain biking, motorcycling, surfing, and alpine skiing. He loves traveling far off the beaten track and has visited over 25 countries.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Hsin is passionate about a balanced approach to youth sports and co-founded a sports training facility, Impact Sports Performance, which specializes in injury prevention.
