Care Philosophy: Dr. Newman's strives to use the most current and cutting-edge techniques to get his patients back to sports or work as quickly as possible. He is a conservative surgeon, and will only recommend surgery for those cases that truly require surgery. He is adept at many non-operative treatments, including PRP (platelet rich plasma), injections, and specific physical therapy plans that can often avoid the need for surgery. When surgery is required, he uses the most up-to-date and minimally invasive treatment options. He invests significant time in education, and in putting together a comprehensive total care plan.
