Biography: Joel Metze, MD specializes in urogynecology, including treating women with incontinence, bladder issues, prolapse and pelvic floor disorders. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University, and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wright State University/Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Taylor received other numerous honors and awards during her medical school and undergraduate education. She joined the Premier Physician Network, The Pediatric Group in 2003.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Robert M. Kohut, MD graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Dr. Kohut is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Kohut offers urology care services including: treatment of kidney stones; bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer care; lower urinary tract symptoms; urinary tract infections; incontinence; and vasectomies. Dr. Kohut received the Commendation Medal for Service from the US Air Force in 2018. Additionally, he was recognized in 2016 and 2017 with the Best Hospital Award in Air Force.

Biography: Ronal D. Manis Jr., MD is a graduate of The Ohio State University and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, and his fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago. Dr. Manis is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases.

Biography: Shelsea Johnson, MD is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She completed her pediatric residency at Wright State University School of Medicine, Children's Medical Center. Dr. Johnson is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Biography: Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. Biography: Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Crouch joined Women's Health Specialist and Midwives of Dayton in 2010.

Biography: Leelmohan Ravikumar, MD graduated from Ross University School of Medicine, North Brunswick, New Jersey in 2009. Dr. Ravikumar completed his residency in family medicine at Clinton Memorial Hospital/University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2013. Dr. Ravikumar is board certified in family medicine.
