Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Biography: Robert M. Kohut, MD graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Dr. Kohut is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Kohut offers urology care services including: treatment of kidney stones; bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer care; lower urinary tract symptoms; urinary tract infections; incontinence; and vasectomies. Dr. Kohut received the Commendation Medal for Service from the US Air Force in 2018. Additionally, he was recognized in 2016 and 2017 with the Best Hospital Award in Air Force.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. Biography: Leelmohan Ravikumar, MD graduated from Ross University School of Medicine, North Brunswick, New Jersey in 2009. Dr. Ravikumar completed his residency in family medicine at Clinton Memorial Hospital/University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2013. Dr. Ravikumar is board certified in family medicine. Biography: Samantha Wiegand, MD, grew up as a child of the Air Force traveling across the United States and Japan. Her family eventually settled in Dayton where she graduated from Beavercreek High School. She attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate degree, followed by Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine on an Air Force scholarship. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine/Wright Patterson Medical Center. Dr. Wiegand served as an officer within the Air Force in both Ohio and Virginia before completing a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. During her time in the Air Force, Dr. Wiegand taught residents, served as the medical student clerkship director at Wright-Patterson Medical Center, and was the Deputy Medical Director at Langley Hospital's Women's Clinic. While at UNC Chapel Hill, Dr. Wiegand completed several research projects in the areas of ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and substance use disorders in pregnancy. These are special areas of interest to her along with pre-existing maternal medical conditions, in-utero therapy, and resident education. Dr. Wiegand, her husband (who is also an Air Force military veteran), and their three children returned to Dayton in 2015.
